H4H can organise host Compliance Certificates such as Gas Safety, PAT Testing, EICR and Energy Performance Certificates which are essential for the holiday let owner to ensure their property is safe, legally compliant, and fully insured.

Keeping compliance documents up to date can often be time-consuming and something that's easy to forget.

H4H can organise registered tradespeople for provision of any of the following Certificates:

What's included:

Gas Safety and Boiler Service

All rented properties in the UK require an annual gas safety check, also known as a CP12 Certificate.

Energy Performance Certificate

Required every 10 years.

EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)

Mandatory in the UK and Scotland. Certification lasts 5 years. Includes testing fuses and circuit breakers.

PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)

Recommended annually.

Service Includes:

Sourcing a qualified and registered tradesperson in accordance with UK legislation
Supplying and managing your quotation (to be approved before booking)
Arranging a suitable appointment time (Mon to Fri between the hours 9-5pm)
Organising property access for the tradesperson
Up to one hour of tradesperson admission at the property
Supplying your digital compliance certificate
Logging and monitoring your certificate on our system for future renewals and bookings
